67 Asia is a numbered asteroid in the main belt, orbiting the Sun in the region between Mars and Jupiter. British astronomer Norman Robert Pogson discovered it in 1861 at the Madras Observatory in India, making it one of the early asteroids found from an observatory outside Europe. It is a moderately large asteroid, and its name refers to Asia, a figure from Greek mythology rather than directly to the modern continent.
