Androctonus amoreuxi is a species of scorpion in the family Buthidae. It is associated with arid Saharo-Sindian environments and has been recorded in North Africa and parts of the Middle East, including the coastal plains of Palestine and Sinai and western Jordan. Adults are yellow to dark brown, with a densely granulated prosoma, and may reach about seven centimeters in length. The species is adapted to desert conditions and has venom typical of the medically important genus Androctonus.
