ASUSwrt-Merlin is a custom, community-developed firmware based on the official ASUSwrt source code, created and maintained by developer Eric Sauvageau (known online as RMerlin). It retains the full ASUS feature set and user interface while adding power-user features such as custom scripts, enhanced VPN client options, DNS-over-TLS, and more granular QoS and monitoring tools.
