Batman: Arkham City

Arkham City is the best of the Arkham series for stealth gameplay. The 'Predator' sections, where you take down armed thugs from the shadows, are iconic. You have a variety of gadgetssmoke pellets, explosive gel, and the batclawthat allow you to manipulate the environment and take out enemies one by one. The game makes you feel like Batman, using fear and precision to control the battlefield.

While it is an action game first, the stealth sections are incredibly polished and rewarding, making it a must-play for any fan of the genre.
