The brown inca, Coeligena wilsoni, is a hummingbird in the brilliants tribe of the hummingbird family Trochilidae. It occurs on the Pacific slope of the Andes from Colombia's Chocó region south through western Ecuador to Loja Province. The species was described in 1846 and is distinguished within the inca group by its predominantly brown plumage; it is associated with montane forest and forest edge.
