Dowd Guyot is a named guyot, or flat-topped submerged volcanic mountain, in the northeastern Pacific Ocean. The Seamount Catalog places it at about 13°27.6′N, 119°51′W on the Pacific Plate, and GEBCO's Sub-Committee on Undersea Feature Names records the name for this feature. The name was approved by the Advisory Committee on Undersea Features in 1972 and commemorates a graduate student who died during an expedition in the area. It is a geographic and bathymetric feature, not a populated place.
