Hebeloma crustuliniforme, known as poison pie, is a toxic ectomycorrhizal mushroom that forms associations with the roots of trees. It usually has a pale buff to tan cap, pale gills that may show watery droplets along their edges, and a distinctive radish-like odor; the mature mushroom has brown spores. It occurs in woodland habitats in Europe and North America and can cause gastrointestinal illness if eaten.
