Been using iCAD's ProFound AI for about a year now, mostly for flagging suspicious areas on mammograms – it's seriously helped reduce the number of false negatives we're seeing. It's not a replacement for a skilled radiologist, obviously, but it's like having a really sharp second pair of eyes, and honestly, it’s made a noticeable difference in our workflow. Wish the reporting was a little more customizable, though.
