The Izmir Clock Tower is an Ottoman-era monument standing in Konak Square in Izmir, Turkey. Completed in 1901 to commemorate the twenty-fifth anniversary of Sultan Abdulhamid II's accession, it has an ornate, slender design with four clocks, fountains, and decorative stonework. The clock mechanism was presented by the German emperor Wilhelm II, but the tower itself was designed by the Levantine French architect Raymond Charles Pere and built as an Izmir civic monument.
