Jorge Borges, also known as Jorge Serôdio Borges, is a Portuguese winemaker associated with the Douro wine region. His work includes the Quinta do Passadouro estate and the Wine & Soul project, which he operates with winemaker Sandra Tavares da Silva, producing both Port and unfortified Douro wines from Portuguese grape varieties. He is also one of the three winemakers involved in M.O.B., a joint project in the Dão region.
