Jorge Orlando Calvo (1961-2023) was an Argentine geologist and paleontologist whose research focused on dinosaurs and other fossils from Patagonia. He founded the Paleontological Museum of Rincón de los Sauces in 2000 and the Centro Paleontológico Lago Barreales in 2002, and worked with the National University of Comahue. Calvo was among the authors who formally described the giant titanosaur sauropod Futalognkosaurus dukei in 2007.
