I accidentally paid twice for a 1 year subscription and they were quick to process my refund. Every update they made resolved any of the issues I had so I know they're reading all the reviews they got. Connecting to a server is quick and easy. I can now watch shows not available in my region. Awesome!

I have been so far loving and hating this VPN. It has worked just fine for a month and now I'm getting some buggy responses. The last time I had an issue, support response was extremely quick so I guess that's some sort of a win. The Pros outweigh the Cons so I guess I will still continue to use this.

Their technical support team are helpful if you have any issues, they'll get back to you straight away and by the next day your problem is sorted out, you cannot really ask for more. You receive up to date information about this service and any changes that they make. A must recommend.
