One Raffles Place, formerly known as OUB Centre, is a commercial development in Singapore's Downtown Core. Its first tower was completed in 1986 and rises about 280 metres, providing office space above a retail podium; a second tower was added later. The original tower was reported as the tallest building outside the United States when it opened and remains part of the Raffles Place financial district.
