Parker Vector Calligraphy Set

The set is built around a Parker Vector fountain pen body fitted with a broad italic calligraphy nib and supplied ink cartridges. Some vintage versions include additional interchangeable nibs, so the exact box contents should be checked before purchase.

The Parker Vector system is designed for Parker ink cartridges. Some older Deluxe sets also included a squeeze converter, allowing the pen to draw ink from a bottle.

The broad italic nib creates thick downstrokes and thinner cross-strokes when the pen is held consistently. That makes the Parker Vector useful for beginner Western calligraphy, italic lettering, headings, and formal notes.

Some surviving sets include booklets dated 1989, which is why collectors often describe them as late-1980s Parker products. The date of a particular set should be confirmed from its booklet, box, or printed markings rather than from a modern resale listing.
