PowerBlock Elite PRO 50

The Elite PRO 50 model allows you to adjust the weight of each dumbbell from 5 pounds up to a maximum of 50 pounds. This versatility makes it capable of replacing an entire rack of traditional fixed-weight dumbbells.

You change the weight by using a specialized selector pin, similar to how a weight stack machine at a gym works. You simply insert the pin into the side of the dumbbell at the desired weight increment, and the internal mechanism locks the correct number of steel plates.

Unlike traditional round dumbbells, PowerBlocks feature a unique rectangular, blocky shape. This design allows them to nest into one another and provides a stable base so they won't roll away when set on the floor.

The Elite PRO 50 is designed to be the base stage of the Elite series, and it can be expanded with specific PowerBlock expansion kits. You must purchase the proper Elite expansion kits to safely raise the maximum weight to 70 or even 90 pounds.
