Sauce Tartare was a London West End revue presented at the Cambridge Theatre in 1949. It combined songs, dances, comic sketches, and an international cast; the credited creative contributors included lyricist Geoffrey Parsons, composer Berkeley Fase, and sketch writer Matt Brooks. The production is also associated with early stage appearances by Audrey Hepburn and with American singer Muriel Smith, and a version was made for British television.
