Lucy Yamagami, whose full name is an absurdly long string of given names, became a civil servant specifically to seek revenge against the clerk who approved her birth certificate. She intends to find the government employee who allowed her parents to legally name her something so comically long. Her massive chest is ironically the opposite of her frustration over her long name.
