They're always giving me money off my premium. They check in with me from time to time just to make sure things are okay. I would highly recommend State Farm to anyone looking for a new insurance policy or looking for a better rate on their insurance. They also offer renter insurance and commercial insurance plus you can even bank with them.
They are all about the mighty dollar. They are one of the highest priced and their customer service doesn't show it. They could be better if they cared about customers' satisfaction.
I have been with State Farm for several years now and see no reason to change. Local agent is great and the service level is unmatched by any of the others that I have used over the years. I routinely check prices and other quotes and the minimal difference is not worth the hassle of changing companies. Claims are handled well and quickly.
I have used many different companies in my lifetime but State Farm is the one I come back to. You can depend on them for great service and competitive pricing. Their bundling of the different insurances give you a really great discount. I like the Drive Safe for those of us who don't do much driving everyday. And, they don't give you any problems when you have a claim. They work for you not against you.
They never raised my rates because of any damage claims, their rates are low and they provide many opportunities for me to save and get discounts. Online platform very convenient and easy to use. They send home statements that detail how much I pay. I tried Geico for 6 months once, did not like because the person on the phone repeated a script. It wasn't helpful.
They have been really good to us for the years we have been with them. Only bad thing is they need to lower our rates. We have had no accidents ever and have no speeding tickets on our records. Customer service is extremely nice.
I was a State Farm customer for several years. I never had a wreck, or anything to that sort. I get my renewal and it jumped up a lot per month. I called to see if they would do anything to help. They didn't, and so I went with a new company that saved over 20 bucks a month from their original lower price that I was paying. Then after I canceled they wanted to check and see if they could save me money. No thanks!
Annoying company. Rates are always much higher than competitors. I would not go back to this company. I have much better rates on a competing insurance.
I was with another company for years but when I had to put my child on my policy the company wanted to raise my premium an ungodly amount. I shopped around and found a plan with better coverage and adding my child was a third of what the other company wanted.
This is a terrific insurance. They give you special rates when you bundle. They also have special discounts for teen drivers in the household which include one for good grades and for also being a safe driver, as in no accidents or speeding tickets.
