Tall Agrimony

description Tall Agrimony Overview

Tall agrimony, Agrimonia gryposepala, is a perennial wildflower in the rose family native to much of North America. It bears elongated spikes of small, five-petaled yellow flowers above compound leaves with toothed leaflets, and it is often found along woodland edges, trails, and other partly shaded habitats. Its fruits are covered with hooked bristles that attach to animal fur or clothing, allowing the seeds to be transported to new locations.
