description The Arena Overview

The Arena is a 1974 Italian-American gladiator exploitation film directed by Steve Carver and written by John William Corrington and Joyce Hooper Corrington. Margaret Markov and Pam Grier play Bodicia and Mamawi, two enslaved women who are forced to fight in an arena in ancient Rome. The film was distributed in the United States by New World Pictures and is also known as Naked Warriors.
