The October Man

The October Man is a 1947 British mystery drama directed by Roy Ward Baker from a screenplay by Eric Ambler, who also produced the film. John Mills plays Jim Ackland, a man recovering from a brain injury who becomes a suspect after a woman is murdered near his boarding house.
