What can I book through TicketNew?
TicketNew is primarily an Indian cinema-ticketing platform for finding movie showtimes, choosing seats, and paying online. It also lists selected events and other entertainment activities.
How does a TicketNew movie booking work?
You choose a city, cinema, movie, and showtime, then select seats from the available seating plan before paying. TicketNew sends a booking confirmation after the payment process is completed.
Will TicketNew ever ask for my card number, CVV, or OTP by phone?
Its FAQ warns that TicketNew employees will not ask for bank details, card numbers, CVV codes, or OTPs to help complete a booking. Enter payment information only on the secure payment page linked from the booking flow. [TicketNew FAQ](https://ticketnew.com/movies/frequently-asked-questions)
Can I cancel or change a TicketNew cinema booking?
Cancellation and refund rules depend on the cinema or event attached to the booking. Check the terms shown before payment because TicketNew does not make one universal refund promise for every show.
