TrueDark Daylights

TrueDark Daylights are designed for daytime use with moderate blue light filtering to reduce eye strain without distorting color perception, while TrueDark Twilights are designed for evening use with much stronger blue light blocking to support melatonin production before sleep. The Twilights use noticeably darker, more opaque lenses.

TrueDark Daylights are designed for daytime use, particularly when working at computers, watching screens, or spending extended time under LED and fluorescent lighting. They are not intended for nighttime use, which is the purpose of the Twilights variant.
