Victorinox says the collection is engineered and manufactured in its Swiss facility, and the original I.N.O.X. design was subjected to 130 strength tests. Water resistance and materials still vary by reference, so the collection name alone does not define every specification.

Some references do, but not every I.N.O.X. is the same: the collection includes stainless steel, titanium, and carbon-composite cases, with sapphire specified on selected models. I.N.O.X. Quartz uses a battery-powered Ronda movement, while I.N.O.X. Mechanical uses a Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement and has a 43 mm case. Both are Swiss-made tool watches, but the Mechanical is the rotor-driven version and needs regular wearing or winding to keep running.
