It was consecrated in 2009 under the guidance of Bhakha Tulku Rinpoche and built by the Vairotsana Foundation in the Nyingma tradition. The structure follows the Dudul Chörten style and serves as a place associated with meditation, Buddhist practice, and retreat activities.
