PrivacyI have tried for the last 3 days to get in touch with someone or access my accounts so that I could update my credit card info for a payment. As a result the payment has not been made. I even sent two emails with no response. If I am unable to access my accounts how am I supposed to keep track of my credit and does this mean you are not keeping track of it either.
