The Artiste features a front-facing drive shaft that accepts standard attachments like a pasta roller, meat grinder, and a food processor. NutriMill designed the mixer to compete with higher-end models that utilize these versatile power hubs.

Equipped with a powerful 650-watt motor, the mixer has more than enough torque to knead heavy artisan bread doughs without struggling. The motor's strength combined with the 7-quart bowl capacity makes it ideal for baking large batches.

The NutriMill Artiste features a bowl-lift design where the heavy stainless steel bowl locks into place and is raised mechanically to meet the beater. This provides excellent stability when mixing thick, heavy doughs.

The mixer features a variable speed dial with twelve different speed settings. This wide range of speeds allows for everything from slow ingredient folding to high-speed whipping of egg whites.
