103 Hera is a small S-type asteroid in the main asteroid belt. J. C. Watson discovered it in 1868.

Its name comes from Hera, the queen of the Olympian gods in Greek mythology and a deity associated with marriage and family. The object belongs to the population of numbered minor planets that orbit the Sun in the belt between Mars and Jupiter.
