167 Urda is a main-belt asteroid discovered by German-American astronomer C. H. F. Peters in 1876.

It is named after Urðr, one of the three Norns in Norse mythology, figures associated with determining the fate of gods and humans. The asteroid is part of the large population of minor planets located between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter. It is also associated with the Koronis family, a collisional group of main-belt asteroids.
