99 Dike, or (99) Dike, is a dark main-belt asteroid discovered by Alphonse Borrelly on 28 May 1868; it was his first asteroid discovery. It is named for Dike, the Greek personification of moral justice, and is classified as a C-type asteroid, a category associated with carbon-rich, low-reflectivity surfaces. The body is estimated to be about 69 kilometres across and takes roughly 4.35 years to orbit the Sun.
