Adam Neumann is an Israeli-American entrepreneur who co-founded the coworking company WeWork in 2010 and served as its CEO until 2019. Under his leadership WeWork's private valuation peaked near $47 billion, but when the company filed for a 2019 IPO, scrutiny of its losses and of Neumann's governance and conflicts of interest led the offering to be withdrawn and he resigned. He later founded Flow, a residential real estate venture backed by the venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz.
