Archaeospheniscus wimani is an extinct penguin species known from Eocene rocks of the La Meseta Formation on Seymour Island, Antarctica. It is a relatively small member of the genus Archaeospheniscus, with an estimated height of about 75 to 85 centimeters, roughly comparable to a gentoo penguin. The species was named in honor of Carl Wiman, a researcher of fossil penguins, and its remains document penguin diversity in Eocene Antarctica.
