Edisto 47 is an open-pollinated muskmelon cultivar developed at Clemson University for cultivation in warm, humid climates. The plants produce netted, oval melons with orange flesh and are intended for growers seeking a heat-tolerant cantaloupe that can be propagated from saved seed.
