Gustin partners with renowned mills including Cone Mills from the United States and Kuroki from Japan to source premium selvedge denim. Cone Mills' White Oak plant in Greensboro, North Carolina, was historically one of the last American producers of selvedge denim before its closure. Gustin also sources from Japanese mills like Okayama-based producers.

Gustin jeans are manufactured in the United States, specifically in San Francisco, California, where the company is based. This domestic production is a key part of their brand identity and value proposition. Keeping manufacturing local allows Gustin to maintain quality oversight on their selvedge denim products.

Gustin's most popular fits include the Slim straight, which offers a contemporary tapered leg without being too tight, and the Straight fit, which has a more traditional full-leg profile. They also offer a Skinny fit for a slimmer silhouette. All fits come in a range of fabric weights, typically from 12 oz to 21 oz selvedge denim.
