Krim Belkacem (1922–1970) was an Algerian revolutionary leader in the National Liberation Front (FLN) during the Algerian War of Independence against France (1954–1962). He served as a guerrilla commander in the Kabylia region before joining the FLN's external political leadership as vice president of the Provisional Government of the Algerian Republic (GPRA). He headed the Algerian delegation in the Évian negotiations that produced the March 1962 accords ending the war and establishing Algeria's independence. After independence, he held several ministerial positions before being executed in 1970 following conviction for conspiracy against the state.
