Monin Cherry Syrup

Monin's product page lists sugar, water, concentrated cherry juice, concentrated lemon juice, and concentrated elderberry juice. It reports 34.7% total fruit juice, including 15% cherry juice, and also lists bitter almond extract.

It is a non-alcoholic flavor syrup, so it can be used in lemonades, iced teas, and mocktails as well as cocktails. Adding it to a Martini or another mixed drink does not make the syrup itself alcoholic.

Monin recommends iced tea, lemonades, mocktails, and cocktails, while its US page also suggests cherry sodas and chocolate-cherry mochas. The flavor is described as ripe cherry with a slight cherry-pit note, so it suits both fruit drinks and chocolate recipes.

The listed dilution is 1 part syrup to 9 parts mixer, which is a useful starting point for a drink or lemonade. The product is sold in a 70 cl format on Monin's India page and in 750 mL bottles on the US site, so the exact serving count depends on the bottle.
