help Noragami Aragoto FAQ

Which manga arcs does Noragami Aragoto adapt?

Noragami Aragoto adapts major material around Bishamon and Ebisu. That makes it more plot-heavy than the 2014 first season, which mainly introduces Yato, Hiyori, and Yukine.

Why does Yato charge only five yen in Noragami Aragoto?

The five-yen offering is tied to shrine custom and to Yato's desperate attempt to act like a real god despite having no major shrine. In the story, he accepts tiny jobs because he wants followers and recognition.

How many episodes does Noragami Aragoto have?

Noragami Aragoto has 13 TV episodes and additional OAD episodes. It aired in 2015 and was produced by Bones.

Is Noragami Aragoto the end of the manga story?

No. Adachitoka's Noragami manga continued long after the 2015 anime and ended in 2024 with 27 collected volumes.
