Pimm's No. 1 is a gin-based fruit cup flavored with herbs, spices, and citrus. It is much lower in alcohol than straight gin, at 25% alcohol by volume in its standard UK bottling.

Pimm's has become one of the signature drinks served at the Wimbledon tennis championships alongside Champagne. Its long, fruit-filled format suits the British summer and is commonly prepared in large pitchers.
