Point Karate

description Point Karate Overview

Point karate is a form of competitive karate sparring in which a referee stops the exchange when a scoring technique is recognized. Competitors are assessed for controlled punches, kicks, timing, distance, and accuracy, with the awarded point determining the result or contributing to it under the ruleset. The format is intended for practitioners who compete in semi-contact or controlled-contact striking events, rather than unrestricted full-contact fighting.
