Red Wine shrimp are ornamental freshwater dwarf shrimp from selectively bred Caridina lines associated with Taiwan bee shrimp. They are identified by dark wine-red pigmentation combined with contrasting pale or white markings, although appearance varies among breeding lines and grading systems. They are kept by specialist aquarists and generally require stable, soft, acidic water conditions similar to those used for other Taiwan bee varieties.
