description Roadkill Overview

Roadkill is a 1989 Canadian rock-and-roll road film directed by Bruce McDonald from a screenplay by Don McKellar. The story follows Ramona, an assistant to a Toronto rock promoter, as she travels through northern Ontario looking for the missing band Children of Paradise; along the way she encounters a film director and an aspiring serial killer. The film was McDonald's feature debut and won Best Canadian Feature Film at the 1989 Toronto International Film Festival.
