Torna Fort is a hill fort in the Pune district of Maharashtra, India, located in the Sahyadri mountain range. It is traditionally identified as the first fort captured by Shivaji in 1643, when he was still a young leader. The site later formed part of the network of forts associated with the rise and administration of the Maratha state.
