Uroplectes fischeri is a species of scorpion in the family Buthidae. It was described by Karsch in 1879 and has documented records from Ethiopia and Somalia, at the eastern and northern limits of the genus Uroplectes. A 2016 taxonomic study treated Uroplectoides abyssinicus as a synonym of this species and reported a male Ethiopian karyotype of 2n=28.
