Uroteuthis bartschi, Bartsch's squid, is a medium-sized inshore squid in the family Loliginidae. It is known from the western Pacific, especially Philippine and Indonesian waters, and has a maximum recorded mantle length of about 20 cm. The species has a narrow, elongated mantle, a long pointed tail and rhomboid fins, and it has been recorded as bycatch in local trawl fisheries, where it is used mainly fresh.
