Wat's Pig is a 1996 British stop-motion animated short film written and directed by Peter Lord for Aardman Animations. It tells a medieval story about twin brothers separated in infancy, with one raised in a castle and the other growing up as a poor farmer alongside a pig. The film frequently uses split-screen composition to contrast their lives and reactions to the same conflict. It received an Academy Award nomination for Best Animated Short Film.
