The Peace Bridge is a prominent cycle and pedestrian bridge spanning the River Foyle in Derry, Northern Ireland. Completed in 2011, the structure was designed by Wilkinson Eyre Architects and funded in part by the European Union. The bridge features a distinctive self-anchored suspension design, with two curved structural arms reaching toward each other across the water. It was intended to improve connectivity between the historically divided communities on the east and west banks of the river.
