No company can beat USAA's cost and customer service. They pay instantly, they have towed my car 4 times this year, sending the nicest people to get it. Never pay a cent for this. I also get rental cars, travel planning, all sorts of perks.

The game is great and a ton of fun definitely recommend, however... you definitely need to spend real money. Purple shards to summon the good heroes are extremely rare. I have poured around 10 hours into the game and have received one purple hero. The bigger issue is that the lower-level heroes (blues) are level capped so they hit 30 and that’s it unless you sacrifice other heroes to level them up but even blues are so rare that at this point I can’t level them up. So you get a point in the campaign where your party is capped out at their max level and you can’t get past the mission because you can’t level up any further and get stronger. This is ridiculous in my mind and forces you to buy stuff with real money.
