RuPaul's Drag Race España

First released in 2021, Drag Race España is the Spanish-language edition of the international Drag Race television franchise. Its contestants are drag performers competing through design and comedy challenges, performance tasks, branding exercises and runway presentations. A panel judges the results, with elimination battles determining which performers remain in the competition. The series offers a view of drag through Spain's cultural setting and regional traditions, while retaining the recognizable structure of the wider franchise.

Contestants must make their personal style legible in different kinds of challenges, so success involves more than presenting a finished costume. It suits audiences interested in competition television and the work behind drag performance. The Spanish-language setting gives familiar Drag Race tasks a different cultural frame.
