Bailey Willis (1857–1949) was an American geological engineer and structural geologist who mapped portions of the Appalachian Mountains early in his career with the U.S. Geological Survey. He later led a 1903–1904 expedition to China sponsored by the Carnegie Institution, producing significant geological maps of eastern China. Willis also conducted research on earthquakes and served as president of the Geological Society of America.

He taught at Stanford University for many years.
