Daguinaspis is a genus of early trilobites known from Lower Cambrian rocks in Morocco. It belongs to an archaic group of redlichiid trilobites and is important to paleontologists studying the earliest well-documented diversification of animals with mineralized skeletons. Its fossils contribute evidence about the early Cambrian marine communities that occupied the northwestern margin of the ancient continent Gondwana.
